The County of Maui, Real Property Tax Division sent out approximately 1,200 letters to owners who do not have an agricultural use form on file for the 2012 assessment year.
The deadline to respond to the Director’s letter is Friday, December 9, 2011.
Failure to respond to the Director’s request within 30 days of the notice will result in their agricultural use assessment being discontinued for the 2012 assessment year.
