Pacific Radio Group and Maui United Way have partnered to launch their 2012 Holiday Toy Drive, benefiting Maui’s keiki in need.

The campaign seeks new, unwrapped toy donations.  Donations may be dropped off until December 14, 2012, at the following locations: Ben Franklin’s Crafts at the Queen Ka’ahumanu Center, all ACE Hardware Store locations, Habitat for Humanity’s Re-store, Pacific Radio Group located at 311 Ano Street in Kahului, the County of Maui-Mayor’s Office or Maui United Way.

“Every year, we receive countless requests for toy donations to help families in need,” said Maui United Way President and Chief Professional Officer, Laksmi Abraham.  “Our hope is to help alleviate some of the financial stress felt by these families and bring a little holiday cheer to their keiki in need,” she said.

All toy donations will assist families and clients served by Maui United Way’s 34 health and human service partner agencies, including agencies such as Malama Family Recovery, Maui Youth & Family Services, IMUA Family Services, Child & Family Service, Maui Farm and many others.
