The College of Education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa has been ranked 65th out of 177 graduate schools of education by the US News & World Report.

“The College of Education has consistently been in the top tier of programs in the nation, recognizing the exceptional work of our faculty in serving the education needs of the state and region,” said Dean Don Young in a statement Wednesday.

The college offers five undergraduate degrees, eighteen graduate degrees and three certificates through its eight academic departments and two research units. Besides traditional coursework, the school also provides a variety of online and what it describes as “statewide/hybrid” class offerings.

The college has 300 faculty and staff and an enrollment of more than 1,500 students.
