The Maui Pony All-Stars baseball team will be competing at the Hawaii State Pony Baseball Championships for 13-year-olds in Hilo, from June 27 to July 1.

The 13-member all-star team and coaches are asking for financial support to help off-set the cost for uniforms, hotel, airfare, transportation and any other expenses on the five-day trip.

The team is seeking support from around the Valley Isle with monetary donations. Donations will be publicized at the tournament. Local businesses or individuals seeking to make a tax donation can do so by making checks payable to: “Maui Bronco All-Stars.”

The team will send its 501c number for tax purposes along with a thank-you letter.
