More than 400 runners participated in the 2nd Annual Kraig Vickers Honor Run held over the weekend at Kanahā in Central Maui.

Organizers say race results will reportedly be available for viewing as early as Tuesday at the Valley Isle Road Runner’s website.

Other upcoming events honoring Vickers include the addition of his name to the War Memorial wall of honor on Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2013; and a Memorial Dive Tournament on Saturday, Aug. 10.

The weekend run honored Maui’s Kraig MK Vickers, an EOD member of the US Navy’s Special Warfare Development group, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on Aug. 6 of 2011, during Operation Enduring Freedom.
