State High School Canoe Championship Coming to Maui Feb. 7

The Hawai‘i High School Athletic Association and First Hawaiian Bank are presenting the Canoe Paddling State Championships in Kahului Harbor on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015.

Forty-eight high school teams from across the islands will race head-to-head for the state title. Opening ceremonies will begin at 9:30 a.m., with the competition kicking off at 10 a.m.

Results will be posted online at www.sportshigh.com immediately after the awards ceremony.
