South: Knee to chest high waves are expected today. Best breaks could get shoulder high sets early in the day.

Screen Shot 2015-04-24 at 8.24.23 PMA small boost out of the west-northwest is expected to peak Saturday and fade out Sunday. Another boost out of the northwest is expected Sunday, peaking Monday in the overhead to well overhead range.

Our current south-southwest swell is expected to fade out into the weekend. A small boost is expected over the weekend. Next week is looking pretty quite out of the southern hemisphere.

Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
