Maui Police Seek Public Help in Burglary Investigation

Maui police are requesting the public’s help in locating a suspect wanted for questioning in a first degree burglary case.

According to police reports, three male victims visiting from California returned to their vacation residence in Mākena at around 5 p.m. on Nov. 11, 2015, and noticed that several items had been taken from within.

Police say that through an investigation, a male suspect has been identified as Raynald Ragudo, 39, of Haʻikū.

Police describe Ragudo as an adult male, standing 5’6” tall, weighing 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Police say he has a tribal tattoos on the left side of his face and on the center of his chin, as well as a playboy bunny tattoo on the left side of his neck.

If Ragudo is located, police advise the public not to approach, but rather contact 9-1-1 or the Maui Police Department’s non-emergency number at (808) 244-6400.
