Gusty Winds Expected Today
A High Surf Advisory is posted for the north & west facing shores of Molokai and the north shore of Maui through 6 p.m. Thursday. Surf along north facing shores is expected to be 12 to 18 feet. West shores are expected to get up to 8 to 14 feet.
A Small Craft Advisory is posted for all Maui County waters and channels through 6 p.m. Thursday for winds up to 25 knots and seas up to 12 feet.

Gusty trade winds will continue through Friday. Showers will favor windward and mountain areas with a few reaching leeward locations. Over the weekend we expect light variable winds and afternoon clouds and showers. We may have a wet weekend, especially on Sunday.
Partly to mostly cloudy skies are forecast with scattered windward and mauka showers riding in on our winds. Northeasterly winds are expected from 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. Leeward spots should be sunny. High temperatures from 83° to 88°.

Breezy northeast winds are expected in the evening from 15 to 25 mph with higher gusts. Low temperatures from 74° to 78°. Partly to mostly cloudy skies are expected in the evening with scattered showers for windward spots. Leeward spots will get just isolated showers.
