Valentine’s Prix-Fixe Menu for Three Nights at Sheraton

Enjoy a romantic backdrop on Ka’anapali Beach where legendary Black Rock meets the ocean. Throughout Valentine’s Day weekend, the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa’s Black Rock Kitchen is offering a prix-fixe dinner menu with wine pairing option for three nights in a row: Friday, Feb. 12; Saturday, Feb. 13 and Sunday, Feb. 14.

Created by Executive Sous Chef Les Barayuga, the menu features an amuse-bouche of smoked salmon and caviar on lavosh, followed by seared Ahi with compressed watermelon and a course of locally-grown greens. A duet of filet mignon and cold-water Maine lobster follows, and the meal ends with a sweet finish of red velvet cheesecake and chocolate-dipped strawberries.

The menu is priced at $80 per person, or $100 per person with wine pairing, plus tax & gratuity.  Reservations can be made during normal dinner hours between 5:30 and 9 pm. To reserve a table for Black Rock Kitchen’s Valentine’s prix-fixe dinner, please call (808) 662-8053.
