Maui Surf Forecast
North: Wave heights are chest high to overhead today with the best spots topping out at a couple feet overhead from time to time.
West: Wrap from the northwest swell affecting some western shores today. Spots with the exposure could get chest high to up to overhead waves.
South: Wave heights are knee high today or flat. Areas around Hana will catch some trade swell.
Our northwest swell maintains advisory level surf for the east side. By Thursday we’re down to just leftovers. A new northwest is expected to build in Friday and peak Saturday.
Not much expected from the SPAC. Just background southern hemi surf expected.
Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
