A Small Craft Advisory is in effect through 6 a.m. Friday for all Maui County waters except Māʻalaea Bay.

The moderate trades will gradually weaken and allow for sea breezes to take hold over the weekend. Expect a few afternoon showers over leeward and interior areas during that time. An approaching cold front may bring an increase in showers Sunday night and Monday. A very large northwest swell will gradually lower Friday and Saturday.
Today we expect mostly sunny skies in the morning with clouds building in the afternoon and scattered showers during that time. Variable winds are expected up to 10 mph with an afternoon sea breeze developing. High temperatures from 79° to 84°.

Variable winds are expected up to 10 mph with land breezes developing. Low temperatures from 63° to 68°. Mostly clear skies are expected once the land breeze takes hold and pushes our cloud cover out to sea.
