Maui Ocean Center is offering a family sleepover in its aquarium on Friday, March 18, from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. Saturday, March 19.

Guests will have the opportunity to explore the park at night and fall asleep surrounded by the wonders of the sea.

The experience at Maui Ocean Center changes drastically as day transitions to night.

Attendees will be able to see Hawai‘i’s underwater world in a whole new way as nocturnal animals come out after dark.

Explore the entire park at night with a variety of marine naturalist-hosted activities.

When it’s lights out, roll out your sleeping bags and marvel at the sharks and stingrays of the Open Ocean exhibit or drift away to sleep at the mesmerizing Sea Jelly Gallery.

In the morning, guests can assist feeding the aquarium’s green sea turtles and sharks, then enjoy a continental breakfast.

This overnight activity also includes movie-time snacks, a souvenir decal and all-day admission to the aquarium the following day.

The event is for kids ages 6 to 13 years old; each child must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older.

The cost is $75 plus tax per person; a 15% discount is available for aquarium members.
