Farm-to-Table Dinner at Spago Maui
Spago Maui at Four Seasons Resort in Wailea is hosting a farm-to-table event on Friday, July 29 beginning at 5:30 p.m. The event will be a collaboration with Michael McCoy of Āina Lani Farms.
Guests can enjoy a selection of pūpū, followed by a special five-course tasting menu by Chef Cameron Lewark featuring fresh produce from Āina Lani Farms.
Tickets are $110 per person (not including beverage, tax or gratuity) and an optional wine pairing is available for $65 per person. For reservations, guests can call 808-879-2999.
