Civil Defense will be opening up shelter at the Wailuku Community Center at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 31, 2016.

The American Red Cross is in the process of opening a shelter at Hāna High School Gym for residents evacuated from their homes due to landslides and flooding.
