Maui Surf Forecast

North: Most spots will be chest/head high today with biggest waves east of Ho’okipa. The sets could get up to a few feet overhead by sunset.

West: Surf is waist/chest high today. Spots that are blocked will be flat.

South: Surf is waist/chest high today. Spots that are blocked will be flat.

A new northwest swell is forecast to fill in Monday and peak Tuesday / Wednesday before easing the second half of the work week. The middle of the month looks to be quite active. Storm developing in the northwest Pacific could bring a good size swell for next week. Stay tuned.

Nothing significant expected out of the South Pacific any time soon.

Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
