Comedian Eddie Izzard Coming to the MACC
Comedian Eddie Izzard has sold out Madison Square Garden and has become the first stand-up comedian to play a solo show at the Hollywood Bowl – twice.
Now, he will perform live the MACC on Friday, March 10 at 7:30 p.m.
Izzard has been known to take ideas and situations and extrapolate them into bizarre tangential, absurd, and surreal comic narratives – topics that skip from Darth Vader and Greek mythology to human sacrifice and chaos theory.
“The greatest British standup comedian of his generation.” –The London Sunday Times
“Sheer comic genius. He is the most brilliant stand-up comedian of his generation.” – The New York Times
“The funniest man in, well, pretty much all of the known universe.” – Los Angeles Times
Tickets are available for $46.50, $57 (plus applicable fees).
