Trades Continue, Some Changes for Weekend

Moderate to breezy trade winds are expected through the middle of next week. Clouds and showers will continue to favor windward and mauka spots with some showers pushing into leeward spots on our winds. Wetter trades are expected for the second half of the weekend and early next week as an upper level disturbance develops near the state.
We have east winds today from 15 to 25 mph. High temperatures are forecast from 82° to 87°. Mostly sunny skies are forecast for leeward areas and partly cloudy skies for windward spots with showers likely in the morning.

Mostly cloudy skies with scattered windward showers and isolated leeward showers tonight. Low temperatures from 68° to 73°. Winds are expected to be east from 15 to 25 mph.
