Real Estate Maui Now Hot Picks
Each month, the Realtors Association of Maui release their monthly data regarding house prices throughout Maui.
For the month of May, home sales were down and prices on Maui were up from month before levels with a total of 95 homes sold for a median price of $700,000, according to data released by the Realtors Association of Maui.
The greatest number of homes sold in May was in Central Maui where 25 homes sold for a median price of $607,000, followed by Kīhei where 17 homes sold for a median of $700,000, and Kula/Kanaio/‘Ulupalakua where 15 homes sold for a median price of $725,000, according to RAM data.
Taking RAM’s monthly and yearly data into account, below are a few of the newest properties listed on MLS for the week that are priced around RAM’s median residential home sales for that area.
