Looking Ahead

ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW AD

Decreasing clouds and showers are expected through early Saturday morning. Our winds are forecast to weaken this weekend which will allow local afternoon sea breezes and nighttime land breezes to develop. Clouds and spotty showers are expected during this time with muggy, humid conditions during the day and cooler temperatures at night. Gentle trades are expected to return early next week.

Today & Sunday

We expect variable winds up to 15 mph today. Mostly sunny skies are forecast for the morning with afternoon clouds building and the possibility of scattered showers. Chances are higher for leeward and interior areas. Temperatures up to 83° to 88° and feeling warmer due to the light wind conditions.

UV index at 9 (“very high” exposure level)

Tonight & Sunday Night

Mostly cloudy skies with scattered showers to start and then clearing as the land breeze takes hold. Low temperatures from 67° to 72°. Winds are expected to be light and variable.
