Ginni Madsen, a Mortgage Loan Originator with Pacific Home Loans has been recognized by the national publication, Mortgage Professional America (MPA), as a winner of their 2018 Elite Women in Mortgages.  Ginni joins the ranks of past winners that include Janet Yellen, Chair of the US Federal Reserve and Lauren Garren, Vice President at Freddie Mac.

After receiving hundreds of nominations from readers around the nation, MPA narrowed a list of elite women who have overcome obstacles and broken barriers to become some of the industry’s top professionals.  The 2018 Elite Women winners include record-breakers, innovators, mentors and trendsetters who inspire the success of their peers and are using their collective influence to change the face of America’s mortgage industry.

“We are very proud of Ginni’s latest achievement, and her ongoing success and involvement in the Maui community” says Steven Mangum, President of Pacific Home Loans.

“I am thrilled to be recognized for my work, and am honored to receive this distinction.  Mahalo nui loa to Mortgage Professional America, and a special thank you to my amazing clients for the nomination, said Madsen.”

In 2015, Ginni was recognized as the Business Person of the Year (under 40) at the annual Maui County Mayor’s Small Business Awards for her commitment to her community and clients.  While she spends as much time as she can enjoying all that living on Maui has to offer, Ginni has a passion for community enrichment and is dedicated to supporting local causes, animal rescue organizations, and small businesses like her own.  She is excited for the future of the mortgage industry and her role in it.
