July 30, 2018 Surf Forecast
Outlook through Monday August 06: An uptick of trade winds is expected to bring an increase in wind swell Tuesday through Thursday along east facing shores. A few small south swells are expected to arrive late Tuesday and Thursday and will help maintain background surf along south facing shores through the week. A small and short-lived north-northwest swell is expected to arrive on Wednesday along north facing shores. Otherwise, no significant swells are expected through the weekend.
Surf heights are forecast heights of the face, or front, of waves. The surf forecast is based on the significant wave height, the average height of the one third largest waves, at the locations of the largest breakers.
