Lahaina Clinic Closed for Upgrades Until New Year

Kaiser Permanente’s Lahaina Clinic will close temporarily starting Wednesday, Dec. 12 for critical repairs and upgrades and is expected to re-open in early January 2019.
During the renovation, physicians and staff are being redeployed to other Kaiser Permanente facilities on Maui.
For those in need of after-hours services, the Maui Lani Medical Office (located at 55 Maui Lani Parkway in Wailuku) is available with the following schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 5 to 8 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Closed Christmas Day and New Year’s Day

Prescription refills are available at kp.org/pharmacy or by calling (808) 643-7979 anytime.
