UH Maui Culinary Students Are Taking Orders for Thanksgiving Pies

As Thanksgiving looms near, some may be dreading the extensive dinner prep that comes with the occassion.
From cooking the turkey to baking the stuffing, whipping up the universal Thanksgiving meal can become an overwhelming feat.
But culinary students at the University of Hawaiʻi Maui College say theyʻre trying to help make the process a little easier by offering the mealʻs final course–dessert!
The students are selling apple, pecan, and pumpkin pies, as well as pumpkin cheesecakes.

Orders will be ready for pickup on Nov. 27 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the universityʻs Pāʻina Food Court.
