Staff Shortages Affect Pool Hours in Kahului, Wailuku, Upcountry and Kīhei

Coach Spencer Shiraishi Memorial Pool. PC: County of Maui
The County of Maui, Department of Parks and Recreation Pool Section announced the closure of Coach Spencer Shiraishi Memorial Pool and Wailuku Pool today due to staff shortages.
Also due to staff shortages, the Upcountry Pool and Kīhei Aquatic Center will be closed from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. today, Jan. 2, 2020.
The Department of Parks and Recreation apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause the community.
